3. Structural work – e.g. framing, slabs, floors, ceilings, walls etc.

4. Internal construction

5. Plumbing

6. Heating & wiring.

7. Sheeting/Plastering

8. Painting

9. Flooring.

10. Interior Decoration.

You will need to find reputable sub-contractors for each stage if you commit to a renovation—but choosing a builder who inlcudes project management will relieve you of this stress!
